What You'll Do
As a Client Success & Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects stay on track and clients receive an exceptional experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage client relationships through regular meetings, emails, and phone calls
- Lead client onboarding and establish project timelines
- Coordinate internally with design, development, SEO, PPC, and content teams
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify opportunities to improve client results and expand services
- Review deliverables before they're sent to clients
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively solve issues
- Help prioritize work across departments
- Keep project management software updated and organized
- Assist with monthly reporting and strategy discussions
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organized
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Professional under pressure
- Able to build trust with clients
- Comfortable learning technical marketing concepts
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years in account management, project management, customer success, or digital marketing
- Experience working in an agency environment preferred
- Familiarity with SEO, websites, PPC, or digital marketing
- Experience with project management software (Bonsai, Monday, etc.)
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- CRM experience is a plus
Bonus Points
- Manufacturing or B2B marketing experience
- Experience interpreting website analytics
- Process improvement mindset
- AI tool experience (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
- Basic understanding of WordPress or Webflow
