We're looking for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and building long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do

As a Client Success & Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects stay on track and clients receive an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage client relationships through regular meetings, emails, and phone calls
  • Lead client onboarding and establish project timelines
  • Coordinate internally with design, development, SEO, PPC, and content teams
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Identify opportunities to improve client results and expand services
  • Review deliverables before they're sent to clients
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively solve issues
  • Help prioritize work across departments
  • Keep project management software updated and organized
  • Assist with monthly reporting and strategy discussions

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Exceptionally organized
  • A strong written and verbal communicator
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Professional under pressure
  • Able to build trust with clients
  • Comfortable learning technical marketing concepts

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years in account management, project management, customer success, or digital marketing
  • Experience working in an agency environment preferred
  • Familiarity with SEO, websites, PPC, or digital marketing
  • Experience with project management software (Bonsai, Monday, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • CRM experience is a plus

Bonus Points

  • Manufacturing or B2B marketing experience
  • Experience interpreting website analytics
  • Process improvement mindset
  • AI tool experience (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of WordPress or Webflow
