This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of builds and backend upkeep, works efficiently, and communicates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Website development and page builds using WordPress
• Ongoing website maintenance and updates
• Perform plugin updates, theme updates, and CMS updates
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, errors, and bugs
• Handle support tasks such as content updates, layout adjustments, and form fixes
• Ensure sites remain secure, functional, and up to date
• Maintain responsive design and performance standards
• Communicate task progress clearly and meet deadlines
• Accept and complete assigned tasks within one business day

Requirements

• Proven experience with WordPress
• Strong understanding of website maintenance best practices
• Experience managing plugins, themes, and CMS updates
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Excellent time management and reliability
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear written communication
